HR Manager

The HR Manager will take a leading role in implementing the strategic human resource calendar for syncreon. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the HR processes and procedures and be a business partner for Management in all organizational and HR related matters.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support the startup of new company business. Coordinate HR launch process as applied to new business launches in cooperation with the launch and the local (HR) team.
  • Implement HR standard processes in (new) company businesses.
  • Work with HR team to identify existing HR policies, processes, practices and forms in various HR fields and countries as best practice. Create one standard for the whole region.
  • Establish and maintain framework for HR handbook within every segment/county aligned with global, regional and/or local policies, rules and regulations.
  • Co-develop HR audit form of key requirements of HR basics and use HR processes, policies, tools. Act as auditor as part of internal audits to review existing practices versus internal/external requirements to define, direct or support description of corrective action plan.
  • Provide data reports and define conclusions/recommendations together with HR Management to define HR focus areas, objectives and action plans.
  • Participate and serve as counsel, support and coordinator in the development, implementation, interpretation and communication of (global) HR and company policies, practices, systems and tools plan.
  • Develop and own systems (e.g. HR Shared drive, Q-pulse) to store regional and local HR policies, practices, tools, organization charts and ensure to keep it up to date for use by HR and management.
  • Act as trainer in onboarding of HR new hires (standard policies).
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or combination of experience and training in HR Management.
  • Experience in variety of HR discipline(s). Project Management experience preferred.  Familiar with Project Management Tools.
  • Computer literate and affinity in working with HR processes, data and systems with ability to analyze data and make effective and persuasive presentations on HR-related matters.
  • Prior experience in standardization and harmonization of HR processes in multiple countries. Proven track record in managing multiple projects and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience to act as coach/trainer/mentor and facilitator.
  • Strong oral and written communication, strategic, and influencing skills.
