JDA (Blue Yonder) Super User

For the our location in Amsterdam we are looking for a JDA Support employee or JDA Super User. In this role you will monitor and maintain JDA operational processes. In this JDA support role you will play an active role as a test engineer within the application development team and execute UAT tests to validate the efficiency of its operational processes. Monitoring and maintaining of these processes is your daily routine as well as evaluation implementation.


Your tasks & responsibilities: 


  • Monitor risks of new feature requests.
  • Maintain JDA configuration system and solve technical problems.
  • Plan, create and execute UAT tests and analyze JDA application (changes and bugging problems).
  • Implement evaluations and provide technical support.
  • Planning and coordinating the collected data.
  • Work with JDA WMS configuration and functional setup.
  • Analyze change requests and system trace files.


Your qualifications: 


  • 1 - 2 years of experience with WMS configuration and functional set up.
  • Affinity to technology-based products.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • SQL knowledge is a pre.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts (between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm) and able to work on 2 locations on a roulation base. 

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Support operations from an Engineering standpoint to solve and correct any issue in a timely manner.
  • Use AOS/SAP systems to track new inbound parts prior to arrival to ensure they are properly processed, verified, and available when needed for production.
  • Use Excel and other programs to properly track and maintain Engineering documents for consistency, ensuring that all updated information is validated.
  • Investigate and notify the customer when vendor documentation is incorrect. 
  • Work with the Quality team to aid in correcting any issues found from an Engineering aspect.
  • Correct and update any photos or documentation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
