Buscamos un Supervisor de Operaciones práctico y orientado a resultados para liderar y apoyar las operaciones diarias del almacén. Este puesto es responsable de planificar y coordinar el trabajo, capacitar y motivar al equipo, y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y productividad. El Supervisor de Operaciones supervisará el rendimiento, velará por el cumplimiento de los procesos y colaborará estrechamente con el equipo de materiales para garantizar la recepción y el envío puntuales de las mercancías. Unas sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación son esenciales para impulsar la excelencia operativa.

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead and support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating work, training and motivating team members, and ensuring safety and productivity standards are met. The Operations Supervisor will monitor performance, enforce process compliance, and work closely with the materials team to ensure timely receipt and shipment of goods. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive operational excellence.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED required
Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)
