Buscamos un Coordinador de Transporte proactivo y detallista para gestionar la disponibilidad de proveedores y piezas, garantizando así envíos de exportación puntuales a los clientes. Este puesto implica supervisar de cerca el riesgo de las piezas, escalar problemas, coordinar el transporte premium para necesidades urgentes y resolver problemas de inventario o calidad detectados por el personal del almacén. El candidato ideal será organizado, receptivo y capaz de mantener indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) precisos, a la vez que apoya los objetivos del departamento y las iniciativas de mejora continua.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Coordinator to manage supplier and part readiness to ensure timely export shipments to customers. This role involves closely monitoring part risk, escalating issues, coordinating premium freight for urgent needs, and resolving inventory or quality issues flagged by warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and able to maintain accurate KPIs while supporting departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Manage a deck of parts and suppliers to ensure material availability for export to end customer can be completed on time
Escalate the daily part risk status and issues to the supervisor at all times. Ensure strict adherence to escalation procedure to include Hot Parts List
Support emergency parts process to cover export requirements on problem parts. Support and organize Premium Freight requirements with Customer preferred provider, adopting root cause analysis and responsibility
Investigate and respond to any issues flagged up by stores operatives, to include stock losses, quality issues and supplier short shipments
Prepare and maintain accurate KPI’s supporting departmental objectives
Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

Excellent communication skills at all levels within syncreon and the Customer supply base
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience with SAP within supply chain functions is preferable
Material flow analysis and inventory management skills desirable.
