Buscamos un Coordinador de Envíos y Recepción altamente organizado para gestionar el flujo de envíos entrantes y salientes. Este puesto es responsable de preparar, verificar y documentar los envíos, resolver discrepancias y garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos de transporte. El candidato ideal también atenderá consultas rutinarias, mantendrá informes, asistirá con las reclamaciones de los transportistas y apoyará las tareas administrativas diarias. La atención al detalle y la capacidad de coordinación entre equipos son clave para el éxito en este puesto.

We are looking for a highly organized Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of inbound and outbound shipments. This role is responsible for preparing, verifying, and documenting shipments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring transportation schedules are met. The ideal candidate will also handle routine inquiries, maintain reports, assist with carrier claims, and support daily administrative tasks. Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across teams are key to success in this role.
