Our distinctive world class solutions are the output of our Engineering and IT teams. The teams are responsible for the end to end design, implementation, and maintenance of our solutions. Our Engineering teams strive to optimize our operational efficiency, focusing on innovation, productivity, automation, and continuous improvement using tools such as Method Time Measure and Six Sigma. Our IT teams deliver real time integration and communication, with syncreon’s proprietary WMS as well as conveyance, sortation and automated storage and retrieval systems. Our WMS system is developed in house and all IT professionals working in syncreon are key contributors to system improvements and system enhancements. Our technical teams always have an eye to future trends and innovations within the industry.
