What do you do at syncreon?

I joined syncreon in November 2010 and started my career as an Operation System Coordinator (OSC) in the Automotive Site Wunstorf, Germany. In April 2012 I moved to the Global TSS Team as Technical Support Specialist. I was responsible for a 2nd Level IT Support for the European Automotive Sites. In September 2013 I began work as an IT Solution Analyst for our Wunstorf site and a new Automotive Export Packing facility in Hamburg. I am responsible for all upcoming IT projects and tasks in these facilities.

What is important for you in your job?

I appreciate having the flexibility to quickly develop new IT solutions and the ability to implement these ideas, working with other IT Departments as a team.

If syncreon was a sport, what would it be?

In a word, soccer!

What have you learned at syncreon?

One of the most important things I've learned is persistence. I have realized that if you don’t give up, you often discover a great and achievable solution.
