What do you do at syncreon?

As QEHS manager I am responsible for ensuring that we deliver the required quality of products and services to our customers. Another key part of my work revolves around the safety on site, we work hard to ensure everybody who comes on sites can be safe.

What is important for you in your job?

What I find important in my job is the amount of variety and degree of the challenges. I have worked for syncreon for quite a while and I realize that the days are rarely the same. In our fast paced environment, priorities change continuously. I find it rewarding to be flexible to change and yet stay focused on the goal.

If syncreon was a sport, what would it be?

syncreon would probably be a triathlon. You needs to be trained in multiple disciplines and the circumstances in which you work vary significantly. This combination makes a very rewarding challenge for skilled players and teams.

Why syncreon?

What I like about syncreon is the fact that there is never a dull moment and the next challenge is often already in sight. Sometimes the challenges are driven by our customer and often they are driven by the syncreon organization striving to improve.

What have you learned at syncreon?

Whilst working for syncreon I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned what my weak points and strong points are. Fortunately, syncreon offers me the opportunity to work on both!
