What do you do at syncreon?

I am responsible for the full finance function of Ireland & Poland, which entails managing the production monthly management account, balance sheet variance analysis, quarterly & annual tax returns, and production of annual statutory financial statements for 14 syncreon entities. In addition, I manage the day to day function of the teams in Ireland & Poland.

What is important for you in your job?

The most important elements of my job are the people on my teams, I cannot succeed in my role without the continuous effort and hard work applied by both teams on a daily basis. Mutual respect is a must for me. I have strong job satisfaction and go home every day feeling like I have achieved my daily goal, despite the many challenges each day brings.

If syncreon was a sport, what would it be?

Irish Hurling – It is viewed as one of the fastest field games in the world, extremely tactical and played by skilled professionals.

Why syncreon?

I have grown organically within syncreon and previously Walsh Western, my tenure spans back over 20 years, during this time I have had the privilege of watching the company grow to where it is today. In my opinion, the loyalty of the staff coupled with the loyalty of syncreon to the staff is a key ingredient in our success, and I very much hope to remain a part of this team for years to come.
