Inventory & Quality Auditor

Job Summary:

For our multi client site in Waalwijk we are looking for a Inventory & Quality Auditor. In your role as Inventory & Quality Auditor you are responsible for executing an efficient operation with regards to the Inventory Control and Quality activities. Do you like to work in a warehouse environment and do you look at the issues and see improvements and opportunities? Then we are looking for you! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits in line with customer and syncreon criteria, both quantity and content wise;
• Recognize potential issues in any department, take the necessary actions and escalate on timely manner;
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and associated reporting;
• Provide details for internal and external quality reports;
• Voice best practices on quality of product or process;
• Perform Inventory counts according to customer requirements and assist during Inventory audits;
• Taking care of all equipment (RF-guns, scales, trolley, etc.) and internal transportation equipment as required (charging batteries, reporting abnormalities regarding the trucks, reporting damages, filling in the green book);
• Support leadership to other staff by meeting expectations and acting as a role model;
• Training of new team members;
• Responsible for meeting the QEHS, 5S requirements and all other relevant policies;
• Participate actively in Continuous improvement projects and provide a feedback with regards to corrective, preventive action. Supporting other facilities and other departments when requested;
• Supporting other facilities and other departments when requested.

Requirements:

• Good communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing) and Dutch will be a plus;
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Office applications -particularly Excel-;
• Good attention for detail;
• Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions and act as ambassador promoting these changes within all departments;

• Experience in a Logistics environment, preferably in an Inventory and/or Quality role;
• Can do & proactive attitude.
